  • Return Instructions: We will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please send the item back in its original condition and retain proof of shipment.
  • Refund Processing: Upon receiving the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For cash payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or check.
